TL;DR — Gomeet Review
Gomeet (Gomeet Today) is a coin-based random video チャット app that pairs you one-on-one with strangers on the web and Android. It’s quick to start and has a gender filter and ライブ translation, but the free tier runs out fast and the per-minute coin costs are hard to predict. Recurring complaints about billing and scripted profiles keep it from being a safe first choice. Don’t confuse it with the GoMeet webinar tool. 評価：2.5/5.

Gomeetとは何ですか？
Gomeet is a random video chat app where you tap to match with a stranger, talk face to face and skip to the next person when you’re done. It sits in the same “live video chat with new people” category as apps like Azar, Chamet and Holla, and makes money from VIP access and coins rather than ads.
It is ない a ビデオ会議 or webinar platform. Claims you may have seen about 1,000-person meetings, screen sharing, polls or webinar analytics come from unrelated business products called GoMeet. If you want free, no-account random chat instead of a coin meter, a browser-based option such as OmeTV, a free random video chat is a closer like-for-like.
How does Gomeet work?
- Open gomeet.today in your browser or install “Gomeet Today – Live Video Chat” from Google Play.
- Create an account and allow camera and microphone access.
- Tap to match: Gomeet pairs you with a random user for a one-on-one video call.
- Use the gender filter or translation if you need them (these and extra matches are where VIP and coins come in).
- Skip to the next person, or add someone as a friend to call them again later.
Gomeet’s main features
| 特徴 | その機能 | なぜそれが重要なのか |
|---|---|---|
| Random match | Pairs you with a stranger for a one-on-one call | Fast way to meet new people without browsing profiles |
| 性別フィルター | Lets you choose who you’re matched with | Saves time, but is tied to paid use |
| ライブ翻訳 | Translates conversation across languages | Makes cross-border chats workable |
| Friend Call | Call people you’ve added again later | Turns a one-off match into an ongoing chat |
| Card Chat & text | Message by text alongside or instead of video | Useful when you don’t want to be on camera |
| VIP | Unlimited matches and premium perks | Removes the free tier’s match cap |
Gomeet pricing: free vs VIP and coins
Gomeet is free to try, but the free tier gives you a limited number of matches, and real use runs on paid VIP and coins. The site advertises coin packs from about $0.50 for 299 coins, with up to 70% off your first purchase. What’s harder to judge is how quickly coins disappear: one Google Play reviewer reports calls costing 80 to 120 coins per minute, and others say the rate changed mid-call. Full VIP prices aren’t published on the site and vary by region, so check the in-app price before you pay and set yourself a budget.
長所と短所
| 長所 | 短所 |
|---|---|
| Quick, simple one-on-one matching | Free tier runs out quickly |
| Gender filter and live translation | Per-minute coin costs are hard to predict |
| Works in a browser and on Android | No official iOS app |
| Friend calls let you reconnect | Billing and coin-deduction complaints |
| Decent 4.4 rating on Google Play | Reports of scripted, possibly paid profiles |
Is Gomeet safe to use?
Gomeet is reasonably safe for casual conversation, but the bigger risks are financial rather than technical. Its Play data-safety section says data is encrypted in transit, not end to end, and reviewers describe the same scripted messages arriving from “different women”, which suggests some profiles are paid or fake. Treat it like any coin-based chat app:
- 予算を設定する before you buy coins and check the per-minute cost before each call.
- Ignore pressure to send gifts or top up coins to “keep talking”.
- Protect your identity: don’t share your full name, address, workplace or social handles.
- Assume calls can be recorded 背景は無地のままにしてください。
- Report and skip anyone who behaves inappropriately.
- 18歳以上限定。 Gomeet is an adult app; age checks rely on users being honest.

Who is Gomeet best for?
Gomeet suits Android users who want quick, filtered one-on-one ビデオ通話 and are comfortable paying per minute for them. It’s a poor fit if you want free, open-ended chat or transparent pricing. よくある質問
Is Gomeet free?
Gomeet is free to download and try, but only with a limited number of matches. Unlimited matching needs VIP, and most calls with other users cost coins. The site advertises coin packs from about $0.50 for 299 coins, and one Google Play reviewer reports calls costing 80 to 120 coins a minute, so a long chat can add up quickly.
Is Gomeet the same as the GoMeet webinar tool?
No. Gomeet Today (gomeet.today) is a random video chat app for meeting strangers. GoMeet the video conferencing and webinar product is an unrelated business tool, and features such as webinars, polls and 1,000-person meetings belong to that product, not to the chat app.
Is Gomeet safe to use?
Gomeet is safe enough for casual chat if you protect your privacy and your wallet. Never share personal details, assume calls can be recorded, set a spending limit before buying coins, and be wary of users who repeat the same scripted messages or push you to buy gifts, which reviewers say is common.
Do I need an account to use Gomeet?
In practice, yes for anything beyond a quick look. The website says both that it works without registration and that registration is required, and you need an account to buy coins, keep matches and use VIP features.
Is there a Gomeet app for iPhone?
Gomeet Today has an Android app on Google Play (“Gomeet Today – Live Video Chat”) and a web version at gomeet.today. We could not find an official iOS App Store listing, so iPhone users should use the website.
Who owns Gomeet?
According to its Google Play listing, the Gomeet Today app is published by Mastercroff Developer Limited, a company based in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
結論
Gomeet Today does the basics of random video chat well enough: fast matching, a gender filter and translation in an app with a healthy Play Store score. But the free tier is a teaser, coin costs are opaque, and repeated complaints about billing and scripted profiles are hard to ignore. Try it with a strict budget if you’re curious, or pick a free 代替 from our roundup of Omegle alternatives instead. 当社の評価：2.5/5。
