Is Chatville safe to use?
Chatville is moderately safe for adults who stay careful. It is clearly 18+ and lets you see who is watching your cam, but it publishes little about how it moderates, and open random video chat always carries a risk of explicit or abusive users.
- Check who is watching. Use the viewer list and turn your cam off if someone unexpected is watching.
- チャットに個人情報を持ち込まないでください, including your full name, social handles and location.
- Be careful in group cams. More people means more chances of being recorded.
- スキップして報告する anyone who is abusive or explicit without your consent.
- 18歳以上限定。 Chatville is for adults; minors should not use it.
How Chatville compares with similar sites
| サイト | メインフォーマット | 無料？ | Group cam? | 最適な用途 |

If you like Chatville’s group cams but want bigger rooms, Camfrog’s video chat rooms go much larger. If you’d rather pick partners from a list, the Chatpig community works that way.
