Is Chatville safe to use?
Chatville is moderately safe for adults who stay careful. It is clearly 18+ and lets you see who is watching your cam, but it publishes little about how it moderates, and open random video chat always carries a risk of explicit or abusive users.
- Check who is watching. Use the viewer list and turn your cam off if someone unexpected is watching.
- Не указывайте личные данные в чате., including your full name, social handles and location.
- Be careful in group cams. More people means more chances of being recorded.
- Пропустить и сообщить anyone who is abusive or explicit without your consent.
- Только для лиц старше 18 лет. Chatville is for adults; minors should not use it.

Итог
Chatville is a free, no-pressure random video chat with a genuinely useful extra in its four-person cam chat. Its age shows in the design and it says little about moderation, so it is best for adults who know the risks of roulette-style chat. Our rating: 3/5.
