Roulette.Chat pricing
Roulette.Chat’s website calls basic random chat completely free, and you can start without registering. The app is where the money is: it includes in-app purchases, and Google Play reviewers describe weekly subscriptions and paid credits (sometimes called dice) used for filtered matches. Roulette.Chat doesn’t publish its prices, so check the amount and the renewal terms carefully before you tap buy, and cancel any trial you don’t want to continue.

- Assume chats can be recorded and keep your background neutral.

Frequently asked questions
Is Roulette.Chat free?
Roulette.Chat’s website describes basic random video chat as completely free and needs no registration. The Android app, however, sells in-app purchases, and Google Play reviewers mention weekly subscriptions and paid credits for features such as the gender filter, so it is free to start rather than fully free.
Do I need to register on Roulette.Chat?
No. The Roulette.Chat website says no registration is needed: you allow your camera and press start to meet someone. The app may ask you to sign in for paid features.
Does Roulette.Chat have a gender filter?
Yes. Roulette.Chat offers gender and country filters. Based on app reviews, the gender filter is tied to paid credits or a subscription, and some users say it doesn’t always work as advertised.
Is there a Roulette.Chat app?
Yes. The Android app “RC Roulette Random Video Chat” has more than 1 million installs and a rating of about 4.6 stars from around 152,000 reviews on Google Play. The website references an iOS app, but we could not verify the App Store listing.
Is Roulette.Chat safe?
Roulette.Chat is moderately safe. The app offers report and block tools and community guidelines, but the website says little about moderation and the operator details come only from the app listing. Protect your personal details, watch for subscription charges and skip anyone who behaves inappropriately.
Who runs Roulette.Chat?
According to its Google Play listing, the Roulette.Chat app is published by Video Random LLM Chat Apps Limited, based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The website itself does not name a company.
The bottom line
Roulette.Chat is an easy, well-rated way into random video chat, with no sign-up on the web, 23 languages and useful filters. The catch is the paid layer: opaque pricing and reports of surprise weekly charges mean you should watch your subscriptions closely. Good for casual use, less so if you want a fully free experience. Our rating: 3/5.
